•Identifying Channel Partners: Looking for partnership opportunities in foreignterritories with a vision to set up successful channel partners
•Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain the profitability ofthe business
•Maximizing customer satisfaction level by on time delivery, monitoring customercomplaints, providing efficient service and resolve grievances immediately
